As we know, our bodies have an electric part, which generates information so that our mental and emotional bodies can heal our physical body effectively. Chakras are 7 energetic points in our body, that help relay information about where in our body there may be imbalances, whether it be with a specific organ or just a general area of our body. When our mental and emotional well being is not 100%, then our physical body will be affected. This often times causes illnesses, injuries and other physical symptoms to occur. Over time, emotions can also effect how our bodies operate; but when they are all in balance and harmony, it's easier to heal our bodies overall.
When I create my chakra balancing products & services, I remove all non beneficial energies, trapped emotions related to trauma, along with removing other things associated with the imbalance. Then, I transform that energy into pure love, prosperity and optimal health & wellness. This creates a high frequency of healing in the body, and protects your aura / energetic field from outside energies. It is good to get these services regularly, or take / apply the products often, so that you constantly cleanse your energy field. We all have free will, so sometimes we make choices that undo the healing we've worked so hard to create; this is when the balancing comes into play.
What it means to have an unbalanced (blocked/overactive) chakra:
- A chakra being overactive simply means there was an excess of energy flowing in that part of the body.
- If it is blocked, there aren't specific energies flowing through that part of the body, whether it be emotionally or physically. This could also mean there's something preventing the normal function of the organs in that part of the body.
ROOT CHAKRA:
Traits of a balanced Root Chakra:
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine, and extends down to the soles of the feet. It represents the core/“root” of who we are / our foundation in life. So whatever makes you feel a sense of safety and security, whether it be physically or in life in general (having stable income, marriage, living situation, finances, etc). This being balanced can show up as someone who is strong, resilient, can stand on own two feet, and basically fearless.
On the contrary, this being unbalanced can show up as leg/lower back paing, constipation, feelings of insecurity physically, emotionally, mentally or even financially, amongst other things.
Ways to maintain balance in the Root Chakra: Conquering fear can bring about a feeling of control. Other ways to balance your Root Chakra can be creating a sense of security in the home, saying affirmations daily, creating and maintaining boundaries in relationships, so that you can always feel safe within yourself. Exploring nature/grounding, walking around barefoot, and laying on your back to meditate are all great ways to balance the Root Chakra as well.
Affirmations to Heal the Root Chakra: “I am safe”, “I am grounded”, “I am present”.
SACRAL CHAKRA:
Traits of an balanced Sacral Chakra: The sacral chakra is located in the pelvic area, extending up to the belly button, as well as the surrounding sides/back areas. It represents our sense of power, self esteem, and self worth. This being balanced means there is no excess of energy flowing in that part of the body. Physically, excess energy in this chakra can show up as gas, diarrhea, bloating, lower back pain, sciatica pain, or constant urination. Emotionally, symptoms can include a feeling or expression of being better than others, egotistical or a sassy attitude, and flamboyant displays of one’s emotions. It can also show up as lack of focus, or having a hard time sticking within time frames / disliking structure.
Ways to maintain balance in the Sacral Chakra: Incorporating meditation, or yoga, can calm the mind and body down, while allowing emotions to be expressed from a more patient space. The idea of meditation is to remove attachment to things, such as thoughts, material possessions, and even the desire to be in a state of power. Incorporating healthy carbs, such as fruits (specifically those of the orange color) can help balance that part of the body.
Journal prompt & Affirmations to maintain balance in the Sacral Chakra: “I love my body”, “My heart is open”.
Journal prompt idea: What are three things I am grateful for?
**Doing this journal prompt at night will allow room for appreciation.
**Grounding techniques can also be used to balance an overactive sacral chakra, since the sacral chakra’s element is water. Walking outside barefoot, laying on the floor to meditate are both ways to ground.

Traits of a balanced Solar Plexus Chakra: The ability to manifest what you desire, following your gut feelings / intuition, a normal digestive system.
Ways to balance the Solar Plexus Chakra: Practice manifesting things you desire by speaking them often, writing them down, and most importantly releasing them into the universe. Declutter your home, personal relationships, and even your body by doing a detox or cleanse. Do “om” meditation for about 5-10 mins daily, find videos on Youtube or through the app “Eternal Sunshine”. Also do breathing meditations, these are guided and help slow down the pace of our breathing, thus creating less of a panic in the gut area. ALSO HYDRATE (balanced magnesium, sodium and water, as well as water-full foods such as watermelon, bell peppers, cucumbers, mangoes, etc)! THIS PROMOTES DIGESTION IN THE BODY, WHICH AIDS IN THE EMOTIONAL & PHYSICAL RELEASE OF UNNECESSARY THINGS/FEELINGS.

THROAT CHAKRA:
Traits of an overactive Throat Chakra: The Throat Chakra is located in the entire neck area (front and back), and extends up to the bridge of the nose. This could manifest as throat, breathing, tonsil, or even neck gland inflammation, as well as any neck pain. Being our throat represents our truth, how we speak, any form of expression can be a symptom of an overactive throat chakra. This can also show up in the form of projecting our views on others, in an overextending manner, ‘word vomit’ or being so verbally expressive of our own truth to others, that it creates a sense of smothering or forcing those views on those people.
Ways to balance the Throat Chakra: Practicing expressing your truth in a healthy way, and be sure to allow room to receive opposing views. Speak life into yourself daily, and only allow positive and aligned viewpoints to enter your energetic field. Also implement a form of balance with the latter; if having conversation about views, be receptive in a non debating manner.

Ways to balance the Crown Chakra: Practice embracing your body & earthly things, be present with this realm. Do this by reducing intake of caffeine and drinking herbal teas, calming meditations & yoga practices. When seeing the events taking place in the world, practice having sympathy, so as to bring in a connectedness to the world. Feel your emotions when they arise, and allow them to exist as long as they desire.
