Being that we are both physical and energetic beings, energy is constantly being moved around us. Sometimes, energies not connected to our own body, can attach to us from other people or places, through our auras, homes, and even our physical bodies. You may know this to be especially true if you are an empath.

Using Pendulum Dowsing, I check to see if there are any non-beneficial energies, such as soul ties and/or psychic cords, attached to your body, home or energy field. I also check for any non-beneficial entities, known as negative entities. After checking, I remove them and transform the effects they may have had on you into pure love. I also then create a white light of protection around you, so that no outside energies can enter your energy field. 

Keep in mind that we all have free will, so when going about your day to day activities, always be mindful of who you choose to allow into your energetic space, and where you choose to place yourself.
